Stowplan Batches view

Operations Vessel Stowplan Batches

Prerequisites

• You must have the Vessel - Stowplan Batches (VESSEL_STOWPLAN_BATCHES) privilege to access the Stowplan Batches view.

The Stowplan Batches view displays the stowplan EDI batches for sessions with an EDI class of STOWPLAN. You can use this view to display details of a stowplan

In addition, you can use the Actions menu to:

• Inspect EDI Batch - Inspect EDI Batches using the EDI Batch Inspector.

• Repost Errors - Reposts the selected batch record(s). This option is only available when you select a batch with a status of ERRORS, otherwise N4 disables this option. If you select multiple batch records, the Repost Errors option reposts only the batches with a status ERRORS and ignores the others.

• Update Carrier Visit - Enables you to update the carrier visit for the selected EDI batch. When you select multiple records in the Stowplan Batches view and click Actions Update Carrier Visit, N4 enables only the Batch Carrier Visit field in the Edit Carrier Visit form.     

To view the details of a stowplan batch:

• Double-click the record in the Stowplan Batches view or select the record and click Actions Inspect EDI Batch.

The  EDI Batch Inspector displays for the selected EDI batch.

To add a new record:

To edit or delete a record:

1. In the list view, select the record(s) that you want to edit or delete.

2. Do one of the following:

• Click to edit a selected record.

• Click to delete the selected record(s).
